Pro-rata rates outside school holidays
Although Rose Cottage sleeps 10, it's also great for two couples, particuarly out of season. Pro-rata rates for small groups are available outside school holidays. Prices start at just £325 a week for 4 people, with each additional person costing just £50 pppw.

We are now taking bookings for 2012 - the holiday house is popular so early booking is recommended. If you want to know when the following year becomes available, email us and we will let you know as soon as they go live.
Christmas 2011
The price adverstised is for 10 people. If you would like to arrive earlier than the Friday 23rd December, it's just £100 per night.

The (not so) small print - what's included
All holidays at Rose Cottage Sennen start on a Friday, avoiding possible weekend traffic
Rental prices are fully inclusive of:

Traditional Cornish cream tea on arrival (homemade jam, scones & clotted cream)

Linen and towels (just bring beach towels)

Gas and eletricity

Free Wi-Fi broadband ** NEW FOR 2011 **

Some logs & coal for the woodburner

All booking & credit card costs
Rental prices above exclude:

A refundable damage deposit of £100
Rental Payment

An initial deposit of 25% of the holiday cost + 25% of the damage deposit (£25)

The balance is payable 8 weeks before the arrival date

Payment can be made online via Pay Pal (owned by E-Bay so it is safe and secure), or bank transfer

We no longer use West Cornwall Cottage Holidays for bookings
The only house rules are

Please bring your own beach towels

Smokers are kindly asked to do so outside

Regretfully, pets are not invited (two of our family are allergic to fur I'm afraid)

No all male / female groups
For the little people & bigger children

Rose Cottage has a high chair, booster seat & travel cot (at no extra cost)

There's a table tennis table in the garage ** NEW FOR SUMMER 2011 **

There are NO stair gates - please bring your own if you prefer

Rose Cottage has a great garden for mini-adventures (& some steepish steps)

Bring your own windbreak, wetsuits, buckets, spades & body boards
Pricing
We are over 30% cheaper than English Country Cottages across the season for a similar size property in Sennen Cove. We don't ask for a additional booking fee and there are no other hidden costs in your holiday (for example, you won't need to keep a stash of £1 coins for an electricity meter!)
Cancellations
If you do need to cancel for any reason, we charge 10% of the holiday booking / £100 minimum per week administration & remarketing fee. Provided we are notified 8 weeks before your arrival date, we will refund your deposit less 10% of the holiday booking / £100 per week booked. Within 8 weeks, the full rental is liable, unless of course we can re-let the property which we will try and do.
Parking
You can park two cars on the driveway, and a third in the garage if necessary (mind the table tennis table)
